In this time of Earth changes it can be a good thing to honor the life force of Mother Earth by honoring her mountains and volcanos. When you do this you establish a personal relationship between you and these portions of Mother Earth. Such a friendship between you and Mother Earth is naturally enduring since your body is made up of the substance of Earth, Earth naturally acknowledges you as part of herself. In this way when you acknowledge her you return the favor and you complete the cycle of love and life.
